Privacy Policy
Vyxanto S.A. ("Vyxanto", "we") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 of the Argentine Republic and its regulatory decree. This document describes what data we collect, for what purpose, and what your rights are as the data subject.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you decide to share with us voluntarily, including your name, email and, when applicable, the information you enter in our early access or contact forms. We also register anonymous technical navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited) through analytical cookies if you give your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to manage your early access request, send you informative communications about the platform, answer enquiries and improve our analytical services. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis and consent
Processing is carried out on the basis of your free, express and informed consent (Article 5 of Law 25.326). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to soporte@vyxanto.com.
5. Retention and security
We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfil the described purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, including encryption in transit and at rest.
6. Rights of the data subject
As the data subject you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your personal data free of charge, at intervals of no less than six months, unless you demonstrate a legitimate interest. You can do so by writing to soporte@vyxanto.com or by lodging a complaint with the Agency of Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority of Law 25.326.
7. International transfers
Where it is necessary to use technology providers based outside Argentina, we verify that they offer an adequate level of data protection in accordance with current regulations.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or improvements to our services. The date of the last review will be shown at the top of the document.
