These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the vyxanto.com platform, owned by Vyxanto S.A. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose of the service
Vyxanto is a software platform that consolidates and organises public information and economic data for purely informative purposes. The platform is not a financial institution, securities broker, investment advisor or intermediary. We do not market financial products, crypto-assets or trading services.

All available content is exclusively informative and general in nature. It does not constitute financial, accounting, legal or personalised advice, and does not guarantee specific results. Any decisions you make based on the information are your sole responsibility.
3. Registration and submitted data
When completing forms, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Vyxanto may contact you to process your request, send you additional information or make a representative available to manage it.
4. Permitted use
Access to the site is granted for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify or distribute the content without prior written authorisation from Vyxanto S.A.

8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
